Measures and Metrics of Creative Pairs

Hi, I’m Gina! I’m a therapist, avid learner and educator. I’ve spent time in many settings, ranging from mental hospitals to jails and schools and most recently I’ve been coaching entrepreneurs in AI on self-care and social connection. I’m extremely interested in the origins of electric connections!

Can we measure and predict Creative Pairs that give rise to invention, innovation, and human progress? In this salon in the Creative Pairs series, we will explore psychological measures of synergy!

We will explore at least three psychological measures that capture Synergistic Duos and give clues as to which combination of forces are more dynamic and complementary. Can we synthesize the essence of these tests? Does this account for the inevitable limiting factors behind the elusive nature of synergy?
