Join Gina Hafez in Interintellect’s Self-Compassion Series Starting Again!
Gina is a therapist and educator with a history of working in jails, clinics, mental institutions, schools and hospitals but has most recently taken on less “diagnosis” and more open inquiry and enhancing philosophical awareness in her work!
In the first of our five part series, we start with the questions:
How do we borrow wisdom from the natural world to think about new beginnings? What does it mean to move and feel at the pace of nature?
This salon series revolves around the theme of Healing at the Pace of Nature. So we begin with the art of slowing down and meditating on a key piece of Self-Compassion: how “Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished” – Lao Tzu
In our first salon, I invite you to come with anything that helps you slow down and/or anything of significance to you that is part of the Natural world! Would love to hear stories about traversing new terrains (caves, jungles, deserts, etc) and how we show Self-Compassion during those novel experiences.
Looking forward to listening to where your next landscape will be – either within or outside your self 🙂
This event will not be recorded, no screenshots will be taken and dialogue will be held in a safe space!
