Jason Shen, The Outlier Coach, is the CEO of Refactor Labs, a leadership advisory firm that works with founders, executives, and high variance talent to master hard pivots and put their dent in the universe. He previously cofounded Ridejoy (YC Summer ‘11), Headlight, and Midgame (acq by Facebook) and his writing has appeared in Every, Fast Company, Vox, CNBC, and TechCrunch. Jason is a two-time Stanford graduate, NCAA mens gymnastics national champion, and author of a weekly newsletter about resilience and creative risktaking.
