Why Do We Scroll?

January 16, 2022 at 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm PST

Start time where you are: Your time zone couldn't be detected

$20.00

Join Yatharth and Dalton for a mindful exploration of what it’s like to doom scroll, procrastinate, or otherwise feel beheld to our devices.

It’s that time of year we make resolutions.

We spend so much time thinking about changing our digital habits. How much time have you spent asking what it’s like?

  • What’s it like, to be caught in the midst of digital procrastinating?
  • What momentary needs are being met by those digital habits? Do they need to be met?
  • What does it look like to design for that person procrastinating instead of against them?

There is a way to be kind to ourselves, without being naïve. A way to recognise the us in those moments that feel so foreign, without saying that’s all we are.

Join us for a thoughtful, extended, and patient look into ourselves.
