Vidhika Bansal

About me:

Hello fellow curious mind! Lovely to meet you.

I’m Vidhika (VIH-the-kah) and here are some of my 3-word theses: relationships are everything; intuition is data; perception shapes reality; context is crucial; overoptimization ruins things; words are magic; and wandering is worthwhile.

I’m captivated by effortless conversations, good storytelling, perfect strings of words, the way our brains work, nature’s endless beauty, and the little things in life (there’s so much magic in the seemingly mundane!).

One of the many reasons why I love Interintellect is that it allows me to truly, freely, and fully embrace the fact that I contain multitudes. I’m super interested in countless topics — chief among them are human connection, incentive design, the tyranny of metrics, leadership and people management, building community, navigating grief and loss, winding paths and liminal spaces, the digital vs. analog worlds (and the trade-offs therein), all things psychology, and product strategy and UX design.

Oh and I’m also kind of obsessed with quotes (friends have called me a “walking, talking, quote repository” ha). Two that I find myself repeating often are “we see the world not as it is, but as we are” (Anais Nin) and “how we spend our days is how we spend our lives” (Annie Dillard). Hope to cross paths with you soon!
