2022 has been a year of inconveniences, adaptation, and growth. With most of us having been busy taking care of the constantly changing day-to-day events, that didn’t leave us much room to reflect on the fact that we have grown and matured more than we might think.

The New Year is a great opportunity to reflect on where we are, how far we’ve come over the past year, and where we want to go in the next. It’s an opportunity to be reminded of all the experiences, insights, wisdom, and beautiful moments that made up the year that passed, and to prepare a deliberated intention for the year to come — envisioning a future that excites us, one that we can’t wait to happen!
