Tal is passionate about integrating insights philosophy (the why), business (the how), and leadership (the who). He is the creator of the “Happiness Team” which is a workshop designed to help people uncover and reconnect with their passions, and pursue them with the help of an accountability team.
Since I was a child, philosophical truths have been my passion. For me, philosophy was always the starting point for understanding how to live life. But it took me a long time to find scientific answers to life’s big questions. I also spent three decades in the business world, learning how to get things done, understanding how to make a vision a reality. I built teams, companies and led thousands of people toward remarkable achievements. Later in life, those two worlds collided.
I’ve transformed my life from ordinary life to one of true passion and a prolonged sense of fulfillment and pride. I used the blueprint of rational philosophy, combined with my mastery of getting things done, to engineer my own happiness—using a 4-step process to allow you to answer the strategic questions of life: Who am I? What do I want? How do I get it? What’s stopping me?
Amandais an astrophysicist who has discovered a new passion helping heroes find purpose and achieve great things.
In my podcast, Happiest Man Alive, I start with myself. It’s the story of how a phone call from happiest man alive sent me on a quest to discover my own happiness. This meant giving up on a career in astrophysics and doing something I loved as a kid: telling stories painted in sound. This work has expanded to the Happiness Team where I help Tal Tsfany give individuals who are serious about their happiness the tools to discover who they are and what they want out of life.
Join us in a discussion about the nature of human happiness and the process of achieving it.
