London IRL with Isabela Granic: Creativity and Thriving in Creative Collectives

Join Isabela Granic for this special IRL salon that will also double as an intimate, active and interactive, workshop. We will be considering the theory and practice of creative collectives and exploring how we can find our own small squad of like-hearted souls to help us thrive.

The salon will be divided into two parts. The first will focus on philosophical and psychological approaches to understanding how and why creative collectives develop, thrive, and dissipate. The second part will have participants alternate between small-group exercises (explore mode) and whole-group discussions (exploit mode), experimenting playfully to discover the powerful relations between self-trust and collective empathy.
