Minh and Yael are excited to invite you to a special Shabbat dinner on Friday, April 5th. Join us for an evening of good company and meaningful conversation at Minh’s backyard.
We’ll explore a range of Jewish themes, from the relevance of traditional values in today’s world to the joys of community and connection. Plus, we’ll touch on topics like effective altruism (EA) and the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) – all with a friendly and open-minded approach.
New to Shabbat customs? No problem! We’ll provide a gentle introduction, so feel free to bring any questions you may have.
As for the menu, get ready to savor a delightful mix of Jewish Ashkenazi and Sephardic dishes. If you have any dietary preferences or restrictions, just let us know in advance. While contributions of beverages, dessert, challah, or salad to the meal are appreciated, they’re entirely optional. And remember, everyone is welcome, regardless of background or beliefs.
