Interintellect is an international platform for intellectual, educational, and cultural events and community participation. The Service is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase tickets or memberships, or otherwise use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Content

Content available through the Service, including live conversations, recordings, written materials, and community discussions, is provided for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes.

Interintellect does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content, and views expressed are those of individual hosts, speakers, or participants.

3. Memberships and Tickets

Interintellect sells individual tickets to online events and event series. Ticket prices are set by event hosts and tickets are subject to availability.

Interintellect also sells paid community memberships. Membership benefits are listed on interintellect.com/community and include the ability to attend online Interintellect events free of charge, subject to availability.

Most online events are open to both the public (for paid tickets) and members (who attend for free), subject to availability. Most in-person events are restricted to members. A small number of online events may also be restricted to members only.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You may not engage in conduct that disrupts the Service, harms other users, or violates Interintellect’s community guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are owned by Interintellect or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

6. Links to Other Websites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Interintellect. Interintellect is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Interintellect may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that Interintellect reasonably believes is harmful to the Service or its community.
