1. Using Interintellect

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age.

Account Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Content

Content provided through our Service is intended for informational, entertainment and educational purposes only. Interintellect does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content.

2. Membership and Tickets

Subscriptions

Interintellect offers both monthly and yearly subscription plans, as well as a 10 year Emeritus plan. Details about subscription benefits and fees are provided on our website, and may change with due notice to our customers.

Ticket Purchases

Interintellect offers tickets for various intellectual events and discussions. Tickets can be purchased by both members and non-members of the Interintellect community.

Member Discounts

Until December 20, 2024, all Interintellect members are eligible for free tickets to all Interintellect events, subject to availability.

Starting December 21, 2024, all Interintellect members will be required to move to new membership plans to keep their privileges. All member discounts will be in accordance with these plans.



Members of Interintellect on the Beginner tier are eligible for one free event ticket per month, subject to availability.



If the quota for member seats at an event is exceeded, members may still purchase tickets to the event at the publicly listed price.

Payment and Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive confirmation of your ticket purchase via email. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Cancellation and Refund

Interintellect tickets — including series tickets — may be canceled and refunded by emailing haley@interintellect.com up to 24 hours before the event starts. If an event is canceled by Interintellect or an Interintellect host, we refund all ticketholders the full ticket amount.* All Interintellect membership purchases are non-refundable. You may navigate to your account and choose to disable the auto-renew function at any time. *In geographies where Stripe is not supported, check Wise FAQ.

Event Attendance

Tickets are issued to you personally and cannot be transferred without the consent of Interintellect.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, spamming, infringing on intellectual property rights, and harassing other users.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Interintellect and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Links To Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Interintellect. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, a breach of the Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website.
