Ben Fleming invites you to come and move in this London IRL salon all about action and the human body.
Join us for a truly dynamic and unique salon focused on movement! This is a rare chance to combine intellectual discussion with physical exploration, and experience both theory and action at once.
We’ll be delving into the anatomy and biomechanics that dictate how we move and getting practical and hands-on as we explore the capabilities of our bodies by engaging in physical games and experiments.
Please come dressed in comfortable clothes that allow for free movement. While some parts of this might be physically challenging and you will be expected to get involved, this is not going to be a workout or a test or a competition but a fun exploration and a chance to learn and discover in motion.
