Unwind with Krupali in this salon where we will kick back in our most comfortable spots with our pets and our teas (or coffees) and possibly have a conversation about what the concept of ‘rest’ means to us individually.
Never has the need for rest seemed more important than during this period of the COVID-19 pandemic, possibly even more so as we transition post-pandemic. Considering that even without the pressure of the pandemic people are stressed to varying degrees, rest is vital for better mental health, increased concentration and memory, a healthier immune system, reduced anxiety levels, improved mood and even better metabolism.
But, rest can be difficult to define because it can look different for everyone. It can be active — such as going for a walk — or passive — such as taking 10 minutes to sit down and breathe deeply. So, let’s have a conversation about how you choose to rest and what benefits you have derived from your choice of resting mode. Most importantly though, this salon will be a time for rest, a time to unwind.
