I’m a consultant, author, toolmaker, and professor of strategy at University College London. I’m interested in understanding how people and teams do things when they don’t know how to do them yet.
My first book, The Uncertainty Mindset, was based on many years watching and working with some of the best culinary R&D teams in the world. Now working on my second book (and hosting a Salon series) about not-knowing and what we can do about it.
