About me:
I’m a philosopher also known as “The Life Coach for Smart People.” In my Austin, Texas-based coaching practice, I help intellectual types to turn their overthinking into wisdom and action. These conversations run the gamut from productivity issues like procrastination to straight-up moral and existential dilemmas. (It’s all connected!)
To tackle this complicated stuff, I draw on an eclectic background in Aristotelian virtue ethics, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, internal family systems, coherence therapy, and Buddhism.
My ongoing Interintellect salon series on work covers topics like: what you can try before quitting your job, what to do after you’ve quit your job, and whether/how work can contribute to meaning in life.
