Join host Dominic Duffin for a fun gathering playing the online edition of the Catan board game with casual conversation.
How it works
Attendees are encouraged to discuss the game and/or negotiate trading verbally during the game, and engage in casual conversation. The host will manage the game setup and may participate in conversation, but on this occasion will not actively lead any conversation. The extent and topics of conversation alongside the game will be left to the wisdom of the room.
There will be slots in the game for a maximum of 5 attendees at any one time. Attendees will be given priority by order of booking provided that they arrive by 17:05 BST, after which time they will be given priority by order of arrival. Additional booked attendees are welcome to join the Zoom and can be given a heads up for any future events. If there are slots available in a game, attendees are expected to participate.
Requirements
You should have Catan Universe installed and an account setup prior to joining the event. You can either use the Steam version or the Android/iOS apps. If you have not played using Catan Universe before we recommend the Steam version as the host will be able to assist with any UI questions for this version.
We will play in 4-6 player mode, so you will need to have purchased the base game, which can be done using Catan Gold which you can buy in the game.
