We know that focus is important in improving how we think, but for optimal brain training, we need both focus and unfocus. So, in this salon hosted by Krupali, will encourage us to build unfocus times into our days. We want to use this opportunity to encourage and ensure that we’re not in one continuous slog in 2022.
Our brain is wired for focus and unfocus to work together, so let’s take advantage of both types of intelligence when planning our year ahead. Let’s be deliberate about setting aside unfocus times for a few months ahead.
