Friendship is a beautiful thing: precious but not rare, optional but not replaceable. From weak-tie relationships to BFFs, friendly exchanges tend to make us healthier, happier, more fulfilled humans.
And yet, making new friends in adulthood can be hard. It can feel daunting, complicated, even logistically-hellish.
But does it have to be that way? How can we get better at inviting more of this powerful source of nourishment and belonging into our lives?
